We use SIP technology, MFA technologies, and ML firewalls. We are both HIPAA and PCI Level D compliant and certified. We ensure we exceed the highest standards for data protection in our call centers.
We love technology and we are constantly exploring new contact center technologies to develop and integrate to our BPO platform to improve the quality of our services for you. AI is has tremendous applications to rapidly and extensively measure and score each call we handle and provide our Tribe with quick feedback on super calls and possible problem calls. We are in development and beta of a learning AI that can review 100% of our calls and assist us and our clients on how to better script and anticipate your calls and hot spots. This is an industry first and we are excited about the possibilities our call center offers.
